PSW Events have a wide variety of equipment and entertainment that can cater for many events including, weddings, birthday parties,
team building events, fan zones, brand promotions and brand awareness campaigns and so many more. Our experience and knowledge means that we are more than comfortable when it comes to planning
large scale events such as including family fun days. We immense pride in our work when providing our services for events that have seen 1000's of guests in attendance.
How long is the hire period for?
We typically quote for 4 continuous hours of entertainment, however long term contracts day, week, month and years hire are available.
Each piece of equipment can take different lengths of time to set up. PSW Events always arrive with plenty of time to set up the equipment, ensuring that each piece is ready and tested at least a half hour before the start of the event. Our Logistics team will confirm arrival times required prior to the event and make every effort to ensure we arrive in good time.

Each piece of equipment listed on this site has all the relevant information regarding sizes and area that are needed for it to fit safely. If you do have any concerns about the size of area you are considering placing the equipment then please do not hesitate
to ask to speak to our Logistics team.

Our technician will require a UK wall outlet providing the standard 240V of power for all indoor equipment.
Our outdoor Units require a 16Amp socket via workshop or via a continuous power generator.
Larger units which are not self contained with power will require a 3 phase 32amp or 64amp supply.
Corporate Branding and personalisation for sponsors, stadiums or brands can be adhered to most of our Sports Simulation and gaming systems. Options include Videos displayed in our Simulator stadiums, Header graphics to our Brandable digital leader boards monitors as well as banners, valances and display boards that attach to our indoor and outdoor promotional units.
We offer our customers many levels of service from Dry hire (No operator required), all the way to our full event management service.
This includes online planning meetings, site visits helping to create site plans for the event, power and utility requirements, managing the event on the day, staffing and so much more.
Our Depot in Cambridge do not hold a show room but we can facilitate a local area to present some of our items such as the Sports Simulator,
Flight and Racing Simulators. We can sometimes offer the chance to meet in public areas and promotions which we are presenting in your area, however photos and videos on our site and social media
speak a thousand words, we also have a Vimeo and YouTube channel that showcase some of our products.
Once we have helped you in the process of choosing the equipment or package you would like to book for your event we will glean final details such as event location, event times and site contact details via our online booking information request or if you prefer via a friendly phone call.
Once we have gathered all the necessary information, the booking will be added to our system and you will be sent an invoice, Contract and a copy of our terms and conditions.
This can be a possibility providing you contact us within 30 days before your event, so be sure to contact PSW Events as soon as possible. We aim to provide you the best service and where possible we would be able to change your choice of equipment and entertainment, however depending on the equipment you wish to upgrade to, there could be a cost implication.
We ask that the full balance be paid within 30 days of the hire date. If you wish to make an alternative payment arrangement then please feel free to discuss this when you speak to PSW Events at the time of booking. Payments can be made by BACS or debit / credit card. We have Banking facilities for payments from abroad also.
Should you decide that you would like to hire the equipment for a longer period of time than originally agreed, or add extra days then we will endeavour to facilitate this. Of course there would be a cost implication to put this in place, which can be agreed when you contact us.
With our high standard of service that we provide and large investment on high end equipment we may not always be the cheapest Quote received. We always strive to offer the best deal possible for your event, however it is not always possible to price match as the quality of service we offer is not always reflected in other companies. PSW Events will always try to negotiate a great deal based on a 'like for like' offer along with the best possible customer service,from first contact right through to the day of the event.
Presentation of our equipment and staff are paramount, with every piece of equipment being regularly tested and maintained along with necessary Health & Safety, Risk Assessments and Insurance in place.
It's never too late for PSW Events to engage at your event. Our huge selection of equipment and entertainment allows us to almost always cater for any event, even if you're only getting in touch the day before.
There is normally a cancellation charge applicable once we have gone to contract, should the unfortunate arise and you wish to cancel your booking then you will need to contact us immediately by phone.
A full list of the charges can be found on our Terms & Conditions. Should you still wish to cancel your event after speaking to us then we would also require the request in writing.
We do try to help in all sorts of unfortunate circumstances and it is often possible for us to rearrange the date if available.
